ACCOUNT MANAGER
(Fremont, CA)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 4 years Outside End-user sales success (verifiable)
  • Has a bachelors degree
  • Is a "hunter", "self starter", "results-oriented", "driven" individual
  • Has existing End-User customer relationships that can be leveraged (customer references will be checked)
  • Realizes that the key to building a business is making prospecting and sales calls
  • Is willing to invest in him/herself to become the best Account Manager possible
  • Is responsible and accountable for effort and performance
  • Understands Solutions Selling, as opposed to "pushing boxes"
  • Has knowledge of Enterprise Products, specifically VOIP, Workstations and Storage
  • Is motivated to make more money than they have made in the past
  • Is a person who can fit into Momentum Microsystems, Inc.'s performance culture
  • Knows how and when to involve the Manufacturer sales team for the benefit of the customer

INSIDE SALES SUPPORT
(Fremont, CA)

We are looking for someone who:

  • To liaise between Momentum Microsystems' Sales Representatives and customers to facilitate the order process;
  • Perform additional research required to gather information necessary to properly market products and services;
  • Answer incoming phone calls, organize information requests and respond when appropriate;
  • Assist in the invoicing and collection process;
  • Assist in other various activities as they relate to selling products and services;
  • Backup contact for field sales representatives;
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software products;
  • Ability to research new product needs;
  • Order and track special order items;
  • Quoting support;
  • Prepare vendor and customer reports
